Connected insights
The signals climbers need, at a glance.
The connected dashboard puts the latest recovery state first, then supports it with sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, recovery history, and recent workouts.
Every refresh shows when WHOOP data was last synchronized.
User-owned controls
Sharing is optional. Disconnecting is always close by.
Athletes decide whether an active trainer can see their WHOOP stats. Trainer access is read-only, and the integration can be disconnected directly from its visible connected state.
One explicit sharing control
WHOOP stats remain private unless the athlete turns on sharing for an active trainer.
Clearly marked read-only access
Trainers see only the data an athlete has chosen to share, with an explicit read-only notice at the top.
Disconnect with a clear confirmation
The confirmation explains that WayUpScore will stop importing WHOOP data before the athlete completes the action.

Missing data?
Check the connection before reconnecting.
Check WHOOP first
Confirm that the recovery, sleep or workout record is visible in WHOOP. A record that is not available there cannot appear in WayUpScore.
Review access and the last sync
Check that WHOOP is shown as connected in WayUpScore, review the access you granted and look at the last synchronization time on the dashboard. Trainer sharing is a separate setting; it does not control your own access.
If records are still missing, contact WayUpSystems support with your app version and the affected date. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
