Users always know what is being requested, where they are signing in, when the connection is active, and how to turn it off.

01

WHOOP starts inside the athlete profile.

Athletes can find the integration alongside their climbing preferences. Before leaving WayUpScore, the pre-connect screen explains which insights will be imported and why they are useful.

  • Recovery and heart-rate metrics
  • Sleep performance and duration
  • Cycle strain and recent workouts

Credentials stay with WHOOP.

Sign-in, email verification, and permission approval happen on WHOOP's own pages. WayUpScore never sees the member's WHOOP password.

The signals climbers need, at a glance.

The connected dashboard puts the latest recovery state first, then supports it with sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, recovery history, and recent workouts.

Sharing is optional. Disconnecting is always close by.

Athletes decide whether an active trainer can see their WHOOP stats. Trainer access is read-only, and the integration can be disconnected directly from its visible connected state.

Athlete consent

One explicit sharing control

WHOOP stats remain private unless the athlete turns on sharing for an active trainer.

Clearly marked read-only access

Trainers see only the data an athlete has chosen to share, with an explicit read-only notice at the top.

Disconnect with a clear confirmation

The confirmation explains that WayUpScore will stop importing WHOOP data before the athlete completes the action.
