All your athletes’ training.
One clear overview.

Drag a session to another date. Keep the plan moving.

02 / Work together

The athlete.
Not just the schedule.

Assign the training, review the feedback and talk about what comes next. A shared place for the day-to-day work between coach and climber.

A session with the details already in place.

The session

Give the session context.

Go beyond a name in the calendar. Bring the instructions, climbs and preparation into the session your athlete opens.

  • Add logged climbs from your logbook
  • Include preparation and physio exercises
  • Create one-off workouts with exercises from the WayUpScore training library
  • Keep the time, location and instructions together

04 / Review and adjust

See how the work
is landing.

A completed session tells part of the story. The athlete’s feeling, performance, energy, motivation and session effort (RPE) help you understand the rest.

  • Review the training and feedback athletes choose to share
  • Follow patterns across sessions
  • Use that context in your next training conversation

Before you start

A few practical
things.

Is this a separate app from WayUpScore?

No. These are the trainer tools within WayUpScore. Your athletes use the same app for their plans, session logs and feedback.

Can I work with athletes I already coach?

Yes. Use WayUpScore to plan their training and review the feedback they choose to share with you.

Do my athletes need WayUpMore?

No. They can open, complete and give feedback on your assigned workouts for free. Their own access to premium training content is separate.

Can I use the planner on desktop?

Yes. Open wayupscore.app and sign in to your trainer profile. You can drag training events between dates in the desktop calendar.

Does this include finding clients or taking bookings?

Trainer discovery and booking are not currently available. This page covers planning and collaboration with your athletes, not a coaching marketplace.
